Three of the Circle of Six were at the Brighton Library on March 24th to read their stories and to answer questions about self-publishing to a small but enthusiastic group. Thank you for hosting us, Brighton Public Library.

Hosted by creative non-fiction writer and author Linda Bond, PAGES provides an opportunity for the community to gather to hear local writers share their work and discuss their craft. July 22, 2021. We finally come together again, in-person, at the Burke's Funeral Home meeting room. All double- vaccinated, we have a chance to greet each other with hugs, and to read our new stories aloud. Scarlett, a service dog-in-training, joins us.

Our manuscript is at the printer's! Cannot wait to see the final proof copy!
We are planning our official book launch early October.
Our Cover Inspiration
The inspirational door found on our book's cover is being refurbished as of June 2021.
We are informed of this by Graphic Designer, Gary Davidson, who took the original photograph and from it, designed Storied's front cover.
We will be interested to see the final outcome. Still red?

Currently, STORIED is in the printing layout process and we are busy proofreading it page by page, line by line, word by word, comma by comma . . . grateful for the dozen collective eyes on the Zoom screen!
On the home stretch....
It's a tedious task editing our stories over Zoom, but we see the light at the end of the tunnel.
We will complete this part of the process with our sanity and humour intact!
Hopefully with one more read through, our manuscript can now go to the printer next month, for publication end of June/July?
